On December 13-14, 2023, at the Royal SPA Hotel in Birštonas, a workshop on violence in close relationships was held as part of the project No. LT06-3-VRM-TF-001 "Improving the quality of work in the chain of justice and strengthening competencies to protect victims of domestic and gender-based violence," funded by the European Economic Area and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 program. The workshop was organized by the Police Department under the Ministry of the Interior, based on the results of a legal regulation study conducted by Mykolas Romeris University, the second part. The workshop was attended by police officers, prosecutors, and court officials who did not participate in the first workshop, and the training was conducted by lecturers from Mykolas Romeris University. During these workshops, participants had a great opportunity to hear useful and relevant information prepared by the lecturers, work in groups composed of different institutions.
