Four experts of the Chemical Analysis Unit, Lithuanian Police Forensic Science Centre, dealing with analyses of narcotic and psychotropic substances and their precursors, had a refresher training course at the Narcotic Substance Analysis Laboratory, Forensic Analysis Department, National Crime Investigation Service of Norway in Oslo on 27 February 2023 – 2 March 2023. It gave a chance to get familiar with the special nature of work, narcotic substance analysis methods applied and experience of the Narcotic Substance Analysis Laboratory which is the most prominent laboratory in Norway; various topical narcotic substance analysis issues were discussed too.
